The Importance Of Opt-In Boxes

Imagine going to a networking event with 500 people and not getting anyone’s business card or contact information. You would have wasted a great opportunity to gain some new clients and earn more income.

An opt-in box is the place where a person enters their name and email in order to receive a free gift in return, such as an ebook, a video series, a strategy session, a special report, etc.   When a person “opts-in” (i.e. enters their contact info and clicks the button at the bottom of the opt-in box), their contact info will be added to a list of contacts.  The bigger a list you can build, the more sales you will have.
